Briarcroft garden open to the public as part of NGS.

Our Briarcroft garden in Stockton Upon Tees has been accepted for the National Gardens Scheme for 2012.

The garden, completed last year, was designed and project managed by Eves and Lewis Landscape Design. It features some wonderful garden design ideas such as a bespoke oak pergola, a wildflower meadow, living willow arbours, a cut flower border, a dry stone wall, a water garden and a specially commissioned driftwood owl sculpture by Karen Lewis.

The planting design features drifts of grasses such as Molinia caerula and Luzula nivera punctuated by Alliums and colourful herbaceous species such as Persicaria amplexicaulis and Phlomis russeliana.

The garden will be open on Monday the 11th of June, refreshments and parking are available, both Karen and Chris will be around to answer any questions, as will the proud owner Mr. Sunman.
